Every day I continue to be reminded of the priceless value of knowledge and continuing to choose to educate oneself. The beauty of gaining an education is that no one can take it away from you. And with knowledge comes the ability to call someone's bluff and stand strong in your ability to know with unwavering certainty that you have the facts and don't have to doubt what is or isn't the truth.
The quest for knowledge is what makes the journey uncertain. No one knows what they will learn as they progress through life. No one knows where exactly that knowledge will lead them. However, this is one type of uncertainty I will gladly welcome into my life.
Why?
A life that welcomes knowledge is a life that isn't decaying, but quite the opposite - growing, changing, evolving, staying youthful and discovering its full potential. A life that welcomes knowledge is a life that is determined to improve, make a difference, and leave the world a better place than when they were first born. A life that welcomes knowledge is a life that not only believes anything is possible but also sees this hope become reality more often than they could have ever imagined.
When at first we realize the vast knowledge that is available to be learned, this life truth can be overwhelming and sometimes frightening, but if we live by the belief that fears are waiting to be silenced, waiting to be found out for what they really are, then we hold more power and control in our lives than we realize. And that is a wonderful and quite empowering discovery.
As a way to help encourage us all to move forward in the quest for knowledge, here is a post from the archives you might enjoy . . .
In this week's newsletter, I finally found some extra time to share an inside glimpse into my trip as a finalist for Buick's Encore launch to Atlanta, Georgia. So much fun was had, and many new sites and experiences were enjoyed. Have a look here.
Also, the winner of Julie Vos' silver link necklace is announced. If you're the lucky winner, send me an email and we'll chat!
And even though we are already passed the mid-point of January, there is still time to revamp the life you are living to better fit what you wish it could be. Per Monday's post, instead of adding more, why not consider living with less but more quality?

Perhaps you are enjoying a long three day weekend or are simply just happy to see Friday arrive. Whatever schedule you are keeping this weekend, do be sure to find some time to catch your breath, kick off your shoes and pour yourself a wonderful glass of something scrumptious. Until next week, I'll see you on the blog!
