s I type away, my holiday vacation has begun and my thoughts are filled with to-do lists, sparkles, appetizers and laughter, but restful nights of sleep as well. With Christmas just around the corner and 2012 knocking at the door, it amazes me how much can be crammed into a few short weeks.

Regardless of how short the time frame is, I am thankful for the invitations, the holiday cards in the mail from friends, family and business colleagues, scrumptious recipes to try and an excuse to decorate and add more ribbon and candles.

Needless to say, I sleep very hard each night, and I can only imagine you do too. In this week's newsletter you will find Wednesday's Why Not . . .? post focusing on how to remain radiant on the inside as well as on the outside. While wanting to look our best at each scheduled and unscheduled event, it is vital that we be aware of our tipping points and adhere to regular habits that help make each day a little smoother no matter what is expected of us.

Along that same theme, the most popular post of the week was Monday's How to Take Control of Your Life. It's a simple notion really, but with expectations not only from ourselves but others and distractions that pop up without being planned, life can quickly veer off course.
